I am the pillar lead for the Incident Management workstream as part of DORA (which is an IT led regulatory initiative mandated by the European Supervisory Authorities).

The IAF is a new regulatory requirement of the Central Bank of Ireland enacted with the aim of promoting improved governance and positive cultural change in financial institutions. As the implementation lead, my role was to work with stakeholders across the Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Secretariat and People teams to co-ordinate the uplift required to adhere to IAF.

Key deliverables included the design and execution of the program plan, the rollout of an automated workflow tool to the regulated population and the adoption of the new regulatory documents for each PCF owner. In addition I led the working groups and updated the steering committee on progress / issues across the portfolio of work.
