Following an institutional acquisition, I managed the pre-deal close transfer process for the Legal work stream and the integration of operations for the Compliance, Outsourcing, Risk and Transitional Services work streams. My responsibilities focused on the streamlining of activities before the deal close date. Among key achievements as part of the pre-close phase of the deal, I managed the AML data migration, oversaw the transfer of client servicing from Cape Town to Cyprus and concluded all Compliance related due diligence (focused on policy and procedural gaps, uplift, high risk clients and business readiness).

Following the closing of the deal, I managed the Fund of Funds and PE product migrations to ensure alignment with the existing target operating model. These projects were critical in enabling synergies to be realised through consolidation of services onto group platforms. Among key achievements were the migration of the 2 largest clients with revenues totalling $2m per year.
