As the program manager, I was accountable to the HSBC Ireland COO in managing the transfer of operations to France. My role involved managing multiple Irish and European stakeholders across seven functions and five product lines (Cash management, Corporate, Security Services, Global Banking and Markets). Leading such a complex legal entity transfer amidst the political uncertainty and competing projects across the bank, required the ability to continuously prioritise tasks and be dynamic in dealing with critical regulatory requests.

In addition to successfully delivering two legal entities on time - the Branch transfer (from UK to France) and the cross border merger of another subsidiary - other significant achievements and responsibilities included:

1. Delivering an annual cost saving of Eur2m as a result of organisational simplification,

2. Serving as the work stream lead for the IT & operations migrations,

3. Managing the Ireland Branch client communications process and execution.
