Overview & Career Summary

I decided to build this website to generate a more holistic view of my career to date and focus on aspects that are neglected in adhering to the conformity of a CV. My objective is to focus on large programs of transformation and strategic change that I was part of and how I developed professionally, rather than focusing on what I delivered in isolation. The latter is clearly covered in my CV but this medium does not cater for what I learned by working in successful teams, under influential leaders and for demanding clients.

My experience to date spans the spectrum of consulting work, from short advisory assignments through to long term implementation and execution roles.

Highlights include managing the Brexit related legal entity transfer for HSBC Ireland, leadership roles on the £220m digital transformation program at Lloyds Banking Group and, a European deployment role on the high profile Global Standards program at HSBC.

My extensive client exposure has not only deepened my industry knowledge but also fulfilled my passion to be part of dynamic and successful teams.
